Suggested Use– Take one dropper full and place under the tongue for 30-60 seconds. A dryness in throat is normal when ingesting MCT and will go away after 10-30 seconds.
One dropper (1ml) of the 1250mg bottle contains approx 20.8mgs of CBD and the 2500mg bottle will contain approx 41.6 mgs of CBD per dropper. [NOTE: The dropper has space of 1ml but a squeeze of the bulb only fills the dropper half full. Doctor Zest takes his full dose in two halves – half-dropper AM and half-dropper PM.]

GREAT PRODUCT!
I bought this product for my anxiety disorder to avoid taking pills and so far so good! I feel great, I take it daily when I wake up (about a month now) and I’m satisfied with the product. With the anxiety comes a poor appetite for me and this actually stimulates it and I’ve been actually hungry. I use the 2500mg and will continue on this as a new non pharmacological regimen. I also got a lot of really bad stress headaches and haven’t had a headache in a month! I only bought this for anxiety not realizing how many other things I’m benefiting from it. I recommended it to my mom for her chronic migraine disorder.
